Summer Time Moonlight Sea Turtle Walks
Do you love the outdoors and walks on the ocean? Then an exciting evening of sea turtle wonder is calling your name at The Museum of Discovery and Science. Recurring weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until July 17th from 9PM – 1AM, you can learn about sea turtle nesting. While it is weather permitting, following a presentation at the Museum, guests will meet at the beach where guides will proceed to look for nesting sea turtles. A nesting event cannot be guaranteed each time, but when it does happen, no one will forget the experience.
Attendees should be prepared to walk one to two miles during this event, provide their own transportation and pack snacks for the evening. Prices are $19 for members and $21 for non-members. Yoga at LauderAle Brewery
Summertime is here and we have the perfect way to spend a summer Sunday getting healthy. Ales & Asanas host one-hour yoga classes for all levels every Sunday at 10AM. Head over to the LauderAle Brewery to flow through twists, shoulder openers, and the last portion will challenge you to incorporate a LauderAle signature brew into a few poses. Everyone needs some relaxation, so why not stop by and even stick around for the afternoon and receive a discount on your tab. Class is held before operating hours to ensure a private environment. Space is limited so book online to pay the advanced price of $10(plus cc fee) or pay $15 at the door. Cost includes one signature ale! Just bring a mat, towel and water and have a great time.

Eco Boat Tour/Blue Discovery Tour
The South Florida lifestyle is second-to-none, and its environment is no exception. If you love the water and want to learn more about these backyard beauties, this Blue Discovery EcoTour is for you. Guided by local marine biologist and photographer Paola Espitia, the two-hour boat tour will take you through Fort Lauderdale’s New River and Intracoastal Waterway. You will learn about and experience the positive effects of being out on the water, as well as get a basis of what hidden gems are in the area. An experience this good can’t be found on the Discovery Channel, so keep an eye out for this occurrence on the 4th Saturday of every month from 10am- 12pm. Tour the Historic Bonnet House Museum & Gardens
Looking for a new adventure this summer, but don’t want to drive too far? Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is waiting to be explored in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the House offers the opportunity to walk where ancient Tequesta Indians, early European settlers, and shipwrecked sailors once roamed.
