NSU Art Museum - Perfect to Celebrate 100 Las Olas Topping Off

NSU Art Museum | Perfect Location to Celebrate 100 Las Olas Topping Off

The event began at 4:30 P.M. at the museum. As guests arrived, they mingled on the rooftop of the museum and dined on themed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.

Attendees also received an after-hours VIP tour of William J. Glackens and Pierre-Auguste Renoir: Affinities and Distinctions, which 100 Las Olas is proudly sponsoring. The exhibit serves to explore the connections between the two artists, both of them a master of their craft. Glackens was inspired by Renoir’s use of Impressionism to depict images of natural beauty, and used the same techniques in his works that focused on then-modern city life.

Kolter Urban has recently just topped off one of their most ambitious project to date – 100 Las Olas. Serving as the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale, it’s offering future residents a city lifestyle available only to the few elite. For this momentous occasion, Kolter Urban went all out with an exclusive party at the NSU Art Museum, right across the street from 100 Las Olas. Homebuyers, real estate moguls, and local dignitaries sipped on cocktails and got an after-hours look at both one of the most popular culture spots in Fort Lauderdale, and the building inspired by it. “We’re excited to not only have reached this important construction milestone, but to celebrate it with the NSU Art Museum.” said Bob Vail, president of Kolter Urban.

It wasn’t the only art available to the guests. From their rooftop location, attendees were provided with a dramatic look at 100 Las Olas’ magnificent structure against the night sky. The modern and contemporary styled building stood out from the surrounding buildings, in part from its unique architecture that put it in conversation with the rest of the city.

Downtown Fort Lauderdale is one of today’s best examples of living art. The way that the residents wake up, work, and play throughout their lives here replicates that which hangs in the most illustrious galleries and museums. When you’re this close to art, culture, and beauty, there’s plenty of reason to celebrate. Make every day feel like a party and make the move to the right space.

Did this get you thinking that you’re ready to call Fort Lauderdale home? 100 Las Olas’ vertical construction has completed and interior finishes have begun. The 46-story building will include 113 luxury residences beginning on the 16th level, 238 hotel guest rooms, a lobby bar, dining and retail space. The residences at 100 Las Olas feature contemporary open great room plans ranging from 1,811 sq. ft. to 5,281 sq. ft., designer kitchens ideal for entertaining and expansive terraces with glass railings designed to provide unobstructed water and long-range views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Residents of 100 Las Olas will be immersed in the urban vibe of Las Olas, while enjoying an unprecedented level of service. Condo owners will enjoy a wide array of resort-style amenities reserved exclusively for residents, including a private roof top resort-style pool with private cabanas and fire pit lounge, a Residents’ Club Room with catering kitchen and club bar, a Casual News Room, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
