When it’s your job to have your pulse on the city’s hottest dining, knowing the right people can get you special perks. It’s why Fort Lauderdale Magazine is known as the city’s most up-to-date, most contemporary publication, has access to some of the biggest names in area dining. They’re letting a select few in on this roped off section of the dining world with DINE Fort Lauderdale, a five day event that has five of the city’s must-dine restaurants offering four course menus exclusive to this event.
The Capital Grille – 03/07/19
As a mainstay of the Fort Lauderdale dining scene, The Capital Grille’s place on DINE Fort Lauderdale’s list was a given. The chefs at this restaurant exercise a level of control over the preparation of their steaks, fish, and other menu items that makes this restaurant stand out. While they have yet to release their DINE Fort Lauderdale menu, culinary aficionados are expecting porterhouse steak and locally harvested greens.
ARC Culinary – 03/13/19
As a division of ARC Broward, ARC Culinary is a catering service that both serves up high-end dishes while collecting funds to support ARC Broward’s job training program. This allows those who have disabilities to receive training and education in supporting themselves financially and socially.
Farm to Fork – 03/28/19
Chef Michael Panza combines the best of both worlds with great food that’s as good for the body as it is for the palate. Using his culinary skills that he received from training in Italy, he assembles both meal plans and catering plates that are to die for! His secret is in the locally sourced vegetables that he uses to assemble each meal.
The Last Event – 04/18/19
It all comes together on the 18th of April, when all of the featured restaurants, chefs, and catering companies assemble together to present their finest dishes. Wine will be served to complement each meal’s taste, chefs will be on site to answer questions, and there will even be an auction benefitting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Good food, good times, for a good cause – what more can be wanted?
Fort Lauderdale is the place to be to experience the latest culinary trends. Whether it’s acai bowls or classic steak dinners, you can be sure that you’ll find it here before anyone else does. Don’t be left behind – live as close as you can to these amazing restaurants.
